Survey for Child Care Providers
Web-based resources are becoming more and more important in the early childhood profession. Michigan State University Extension is part of a national team that is developing a website that will provide information and resources for child care providers and directors. We invite you to participate in a research study entitled “Assessing Needs and Preferences of Child Care Professionals as Potential Users of a New Website”. The purpose of this study is to collect your ideas about the kinds of resources that you would find most useful in this new website.

If you are interested in participating, Please go to http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=UFrfOw80y_2fsq1n_2bSof9KsQ_3d_3d and answer the questions. When you are finished, be sure to press the submit button to save your answers. The survey should take less than 15 minutes to complete. If you know of other child care providers who might be willing to complete this survey, feel free to send this message to them as well.  Please download the Survey Information Letter if you have any questions or would like further information about this survey.
